My name is DJ Asson and I spin ideas about anthropology, politics, life, movies, restaurants and many other things. I’ve been blogging since 2003 and pretty much won’t stop until I run out of disk space!

I do want to keep a link here to an important, but sad, entry I wrote on July 9, 2007. It a tribute to my bestest little guy, Buddy.

I switched from iBlog to Word Press for my blog and really love it. I switched for many reasons. Remember Washintonienne? But, I have to say, the editing and management of my blog is MUCH EASIER using WordPress. Kudos to the developers!

I’m also switching away from using this blog to track books I’ve read or am reading. I’m now using GoodReads.
